Step 1: Send a clear inquiry

The more precise your first message, the faster the reply. Include:

• Target models or the type of door you serve (wooden, metal, aluminium, glass)
• Quantity per model and expected repeat volume
• Destination country, language needs and preferred app platform
• Any branding requirements

Step 2: Model and lock body selection

We match your door types to a lock body (68, 5050, 85 or single-tongue deadbolt) and recommend models from the catalog. The lock body compatibility page explains what we need to confirm.

Step 3: Sample and confirmation

A sample lets you test enrolment, the app and fit on a real door. Confirm every detail now: colour, language, app platform and packaging. Changes after production starts are costly.

Step 4: OEM customisation

Step 5: Production, packing and shipment

Locks are produced in batches and packed by carton: for example 6 sets per carton for the dual-screen series (carton 49.5 x 34.5 x 52.5 cm) and 10 sets per carton for B6, B36 and B7. Carton data helps you plan container loading and freight.
