What you can customise
Typical options on our smart lock models. Availability depends on the model: ask us for the options on yours.
Interface language
Up to 23 languages on supported versions; the Matter version comes with 10 languages. The English AI version supports Russian, Arabic, Portuguese and French voice.
App platform
Tuya as standard. TTLock and Matter versions on selected models, including A20S, A57S, B65S, AC26S, AC29S and B67S.
Lock body and rear lock
68 body with 6085, 6090 or 5072 rear-lock options; 5050 for wooden doors; CNC-engraved rear lock on the AC series.
Colour and finish
Black as standard; A20S in black or grey, B65S in grey, HP-01 in five colours, B36 in black, grey or red bronze.
Logo and packaging
Colour box, gift packaging and kraft packing options. Tell us your branding requirements.
Functions
Face, fingerprint, card, password and app unlock, with AI and basic (non-AI) versions on the dual-screen series.

Can you put our logo on the lock and the box?
Yes, logo and packaging customisation is part of our OEM service. Send your artwork and the model you are interested in.
Can the app language and voice prompts be changed?
Yes. Supported versions offer up to 23 languages, and the English AI version supports Russian, Arabic, Portuguese and French voice.
Do you offer samples before a batch order?
Yes, samples can be arranged. Contact us on WhatsApp for the sample process and the shipping options.
