OEM means the lock is made to your specification and sold under your brand. For smart locks the options go beyond a logo, and each option has a cost and lead-time effect. This guide lists what we can usually adjust and what to prepare.
Logo and packaging
Your logo can appear on the lock and on the box. Our models ship in colour boxes, gift packaging or kraft packaging depending on the series, and carton quantities are fixed: 6 sets per carton for the dual-screen series and 10 for B6, B36 and B7. Send your artwork and tell us the box type you prefer.
Interface language and voice
Supported versions offer up to 23 languages. The Matter version comes with 10 languages, and the English AI version supports Russian, Arabic, Portuguese and French voice on the dual-screen models. Tell us your target countries before you choose the version.
App platform
Tuya is standard. TTLock and Matter versions exist on selected models, for example A20S, A57S, B65S, AC26S and AC29S. Decide the platform first, because it changes the firmware and the app that end users install.
Colours and finish
Black is the standard colour. A20S is available in black or grey, the B65S in grey, the HP-01 in five colours and the B36 in black, grey or red bronze. Special colours are a custom request.
Lock body and rear lock
The 68 body can take a 6085, 6090 or 5072 rear lock on request, and the AC series offers a CNC-engraved rear lock. For wooden doors choose the 5050 body. See the compatibility guide.
AI and basic versions
The dual-screen series comes with AI and without. Basic versions suit buyers who want lower cost and more languages; AI versions suit premium positioning.
