Gulf and wider Middle East projects combine large residential developments, villas and hotel-style apartments. The doors are often heavy steel or timber-clad steel, the heat is demanding and buyers like premium features. These points shape the product choice.
Thick doors and heavy leaves
Apartment and villa entrance doors are often thicker than the doors in other markets. The B65S lists a door thickness range of 40-120 mm and suitable doors that include anti-theft doors and iron or steel gates. Always measure the real thickness and send it to us with the lock body photo. Steel doors in this region commonly use euro-profile cylinders and bodies with 85 mm centre distance, which our 6085 rear-lock option addresses; confirm this on each project.
Heat
High ambient temperature stresses batteries, screens and fingerprint sensors. Compare the stated operating range: the A60S and A20S pages list a fingerprint operating temperature of -20 to 55 °C, and the B65S lists -25 to 50 °C. For sun-exposed doors, a shaded entrance and a mechanical key backup are good practice.
Premium expectations
Villa buyers often expect video, face recognition and refined finishes. Our options:
- Dual-screen series (A60S, A57S, A20S, A67S) with a 4.5-inch indoor screen, AI 3D face recognition and video call to the phone.
- CNC-engraved series (AC38S, AC29S, AC26S) with premium panels in tempered glass or aluminum alloy.
- HP-01 with 3D face and palm vein recognition, a 4200 mAh battery and five colours.
Languages
The English AI version of the dual-screen models supports Arabic as well as Russian, Portuguese and French voice, and supported versions offer up to 23 interface languages.
Connectivity
Most buildings have Wi-Fi at the door only in the corridor or inside the apartment, so check signal at the door position. Tuya is standard, and Matter versions suit premium smart homes.
Developer and hospitality projects
Developers need uniformity and support. Ask for identical batches, packing data (6 sets per carton for the dual-screen series) and documentation. Our price list also contains hotel card locks (H21, H985, H3902, H3903, H999B) with card and key unlock; ask us for details if your project is a hotel.
